Many years ago we realized that operating an hvac company that was more about the customer and less about the quota was a professional goal we shared. Fast forward 14 years, our post-secondary educations, a wedding, 1 child, 2 homes and some good old fashion life experience, True North Heating and Cooling Inc. was born in 2013. Thousands of furnaces and air conditioners and 2 St.Albert awards later, we are proud to be a modern day “mom and pop” operation. We choose to be a small business in order to have a strong pulse on quality control and as owners, we are involved in the day to day operations. We are strategic choosing our team, ethical in our actions and just simply love what we do.
